Anchorage, AK – August 12, 2025 – Alaska Radiology Associates (ARA) through their strategic partnership with Radiology Partners, proudly announces the successful implementation of SonoReview, a cutting-edge medical productivity/accuracy solution offered by Kailo Medical. This innovative solution streamlines sonographer workflows by auto-mapping data from Ultrasound and DEXA machines directly to radiologist PowerScribe reports, enhancing accuracy and saving valuable time for both radiologists and sonographers.

ARA, which holds the Managed Support Services Agreement for Imaging Associates (IA), recognized that IA’s clinical and IT staff would be ideally suited to support ARA’s first implementation in the AK Region. SonoReview has already demonstrated remarkable results, reducing errors and improving efficiency by up to 40%, as noted by Dr. Reed, ARA’s Practice President. “The enhanced accuracy and time savings align perfectly with our commitment to high quality/subspecialized reports, better outcomes, and better care.” said Dr Reed. “This is an absolute win-win for our radiologists, sonographers, referring providers and our shared patients” said Ward Hinger, CAO of ARA and CEO of Imaging Associates.

Dr. Matt Minor, one of ARA’s Physician Leaders, played a pivotal role in guiding Kailo Medical, sonographers, and the IT team at IA to ensure a seamless transition. “We truly appreciate Imaging Associates staff for all of their hard work for beta testing SonoReview for ARA in the Alaska Region,” Dr. Minor stated. “This successful launch paves the way for broader adoption across other ARA clients in the Last Frontier.”

SonoReview’s advanced technology streamlines sonographer’s workflow, reduces errors by eliminating manual data entry, and saves ARA’s radiologists time so they can stay focused on providing high quality subspecialized reports in two hours or less! This milestone reinforces ARA’s position as a leader in radiology, providing clients such as Imaging Associates with world-class support and high quality, subspecialized radiology services.
