Who we are

Fifteen years of everything in between

Kailo Medical builds the software layer that sits between the RIS and the PACS, where most of a radiology department’s day actually happens. We started in 2011 after watching a sonographer wrestle with a paper form, and we have been on site with imaging teams ever since, in Australia and New Zealand, Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom and South Africa.

Today our products carry more than 35 million cases. Our support and implementation team works out of Greater Boston, so North American customers get help in their own time zone.

“In a nutshell, we make the right data available at the right place for the right person.”

Before you ask

Questions we get every year

How long is a demo?

Twenty minutes for one product, thirty if you want to see two. Longer sessions run in the meeting room. Tell us when you request a time and we will reserve the room instead.

Can I bring colleagues?

Yes. Bring your PACS administrator if you have integration questions; that is usually where the session gets useful.

We are on PS360. Is that worth a conversation?

It is the conversation we are having most this year. Ask for KailoAir and we will put you with someone who has run the migration.

Do you have an Australian and a US team?

Both. Support and implementation for North America runs from Greater Boston, in your time zone.
